Permitted use

You may use the website and provided materials to understand Nexa AI TMS and evaluate whether it fits your operation. Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, misuse another person's account, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Product information and availability

Website examples explain current product workflows. Exact capabilities, integrations, migration scope, access, rollout, and commercial terms are confirmed for the proposed configuration.

Demo and evaluation requests

Submitting a request does not automatically provision access. Nexa reviews the request and any evaluation scope, data, users, timing, and next steps are agreed before access is provided.

Evaluation access

If access is provided, keep credentials assigned to the intended user, follow the agreed access scope, and do not upload data you are not authorized to use. Notify the agreed contact if access may have been misused.

Third-party systems and changes
